How long does setup take?
Under 60 seconds to connect your first database. AI auto-catalogs tables, measures joins, and generates descriptions. Ask your first question immediately — no dbt, no semantic model to build first. Your team can review and correct what was inferred at any time.
Does my data leave my infrastructure?
Not in BYOC mode: it deploys as a sealed container in your VPC, and the only outbound traffic is AI requests (the question, the relevant schema and the result being summarised) to the provider you approve — or none, with your own Azure OpenAI. On managed cloud, connections are read-only, queries run inside your systems and there is no bulk replication.
What databases do you support?
Oracle, SAP, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, MySQL, Redshift — plus SharePoint, S3, Google Drive and email. Anything else connects over JDBC or REST API, with automatic dialect-aware SQL generation.
How does gain-share pricing work?
Gain-share is an optional way to license Financial Intelligence. We scan your invoices and find overcharges, duplicates and contract leakage; you keep 70–85% of recovered savings. If we find nothing, you pay nothing. The platform licence is separate.
How are the intelligence modules licensed?
Financial, Contract, Spend & Vendor, Compliance & Controls and Healthcare Intelligence are each licensed individually on top of the platform (NL2SQL + Agent Studio). Start with one and add others on the same deployment — no re-implementation.
Can I start with just NL2SQL and add a module later?
Yes — each capability works independently. Teams typically start with NL2SQL, then add Financial or Healthcare Intelligence once they see their data. Same platform, same connections.
How accurate is the matching?
97–99% match accuracy on our benchmark datasets. A 7-phase pipeline with self-healing: if a match fails, it escalates through expanded context and retries automatically. No invoice gets stuck.
